Cazul Samson și acțiunile de susținere a familiei de români care este abuzată și persecutată religios de Suedia intră într-o nouă fază. După campania de protest prin telefon demarată recent, echipa de inițiativă și susținere a cazului lansează o nouă acțiune internațională de protest, de data aceasta prin e-mail, în perioada august – septembrie 2026.
Sunt vizați politicienii și funcționarii publici din Hassleholm, orașul de reședință al familiei Samson, dar și parlamentarii și guvernanții de la nivel central, inclusiv Casa Regală a Suediei.

Două surori românce, luate din familia lor de serviciile sociale din Hässleholm, Suedia. Separate. Mutate repetat. Împiedicate să-și practice credința. Departe de casă, de părinți, de tot ce știau sigur.
Nu le putem aduce acasă doar cu gânduri bune. Dar ne putem face auziți.

Subject: Formal inquiry regarding the case of Sara and Tiana Samson
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the case of two sisters, Sara and Tiana Samson, Romanian citizens, who were taken from their family by the social services of Hässleholm on 22 December 2022, under circumstances that we believe to have been abusive.
We are troubled by publicly available information concerning legal issues and allegations of corruption involving officials and leadership within Hässleholm social services, and we believe these matters deserve independent scrutiny.
Since being taken into care, the girls have reportedly been separated from one another and relocated repeatedly across Sweden, kept from meaningful contact with their parents and siblings. We are particularly concerned by reports that their Bibles were confiscated and that they have been prevented from attending church.
We understand that Sara and Tiana remain in the custody of Swedish social services under conditions that are reportedly unstable and unsafe, including exposure to violence and drug use, in stark contrast to the safe and appropriate home environment they had within their family.
We are deeply concerned for their safety, wellbeing, and health, and we believe every child deserves the protection, stability, and love that Sara and Tiana had at home.
As Romanian citizens, Sara and Tiana have the right to live in their native country, Romania, and any legal proceedings concerning their custody and future should give full effect to the legal remedies and processes available to them under Romanian law. We call on the relevant authorities to give due consideration to their nationality and to allow the legal avenues available in Romania to be pursued without obstruction.
On a personal note, this case has moved people well beyond Sweden’s borders. We are following it not out of hostility toward Sweden, but out of genuine concern for two children who deserve to be safe, together, and home with their family.
If Sara and Tiana are not released and reunited with their family, we, together with a growing international community, are prepared to escalate our protests and to consider further action, including raising awareness that may affect Sweden’s economic interests abroad.
In accordance with Swedish administrative law and the principle of public access to official documents, we formally request a registration number (diarienummer) for this e-mail, as well as a response within a reasonable and legally appropriate timeframe.
